Homemade foot cream recipe, heel repair cream

Ingredients:

  • Cera
  • mustard oil
  • Coconut oil
  • Almond oil

How do you prepare: 

A cup of wax should be put in a small saucepan and heated slowly. The wax should melt. Add 3 teaspoons of each of the mustard, coconut, and almond oils once they have melted. To thoroughly combine, stir all ingredients. Stir continuously until the wax as the three oils are thoroughly combined. Turn off the heat and let the area to cool. It will become creamier and smoother after cooling. Maintain it in a spotless container.

How to use:  You can use this natural foot cream every day at night to massage your heels and feet to keep them softer and repair heels.

 Cocoa Butter & Tea Tree Oil Moisturizing Foot Balm

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons cold milk
  • 1 cup of honey
  • ¼ cup of orange juice
  • 3 – 4 drops of vanilla essence
  • 2-3 tablespoons of almond oil
  • Method:

Place the milk and honey in a pot and warm it slowly.

Add the almond oil and orange juice while stirring continually.

Turn off the heat and let it to cool.

Add the vanilla essence and whisk once it has cooled.

For later usage, pour the cream into a jar and store it in the refrigerator.

Every night before bed, apply it to freshly washed feet.

After an hour, rinse it off with ice cold water.

Coconut Oil & Shea Butter Nourishing Foot Balm

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup shea butter
  • ¾ cup coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons of beeswax
  • 10 drops of lavender essential oil
  • 3 vitamin E capsules

Method:

Melt the shea butter and beeswax in a bain-marie.

Add the coconut oil and lavender essential oil.

Open the vitamin E capsules and add the oil to the mixture.

Beat everything gently until you get a homogeneous mixture and pour it into a container.

Apply to clean, scrubbed feet before bed and keep on overnight.

Store the rest of the mixture in the fridge.
